we have so much leftover high carb food. No one else will eat them, and I’d feel so bad having half a meat pie get throw out, or so much pasta. Steamed up some brocoli to try and balance it out, as well as loads of water
I also haven’t had much time to work out of late, midterms are kicking my butt. Haven’t been eating breakfast either. naughty naughty. We also had oreos for about two weeks, which just adds to it all.

There are many people who do not understand this concept. A 40g caramello koala is 99 calories. Just because it’s so low in calories does not mean it’s good for you. Just because a healthy meal is high in calories does no mean it’s bad for you.
Understanding calories is essential. Knowledge is power.
Okay, here’s the thing: Calories are Calories. The less you consume, the more you will loose At the end of the day if less calories in, more calories out, you loose weight.
We know this, people have proven this. There was the professor who ate nothing but twinkies to prove this point.The important thing to rember isn’t the type of food, but what it consists of. Pizza, cake cookies, etc, have a higher oil contend than grilled chicken, rice, etc. You will feel more full and less likely to over eat, when you eat things that have less oils in them. Same thing for sugars.
2000 calories is 2000 calories, how ever you want to break that up, but remember that 2000 calories in oils and fats, is a lot less satisfying than 2000 calories in protein, grains, and fiber.
